Over the last couple of days, bunch of stuff has happened. I emailed William and he didn’t respond to me. Kenny flipped out during a conversation and won’t talk to me and I still don’t know why. I saw Eduardo, which was nice, but then he disappeared again, leaving me in a quandary. Maybe I’m not a nice person afterall. And you know what I’m really thinking? Whatever!
I tell Peter all about this stuff and he decides to send me into my own lunar orbit. “You know”, Peter’s forked tongue unleashes, “Eduardo is telling all his friends about how some old married guy from the suburbs has fallen in love with him (again)”. I’m on the freaking ceiling, the “again” word just illuminates me. Peter will pay for that remark.
But why all the games? I don’t play games. “What? You play one hellass complex game yourself. I’m not sure even you understand your own rules”, Peter tells me. I do not, I’m totally straightforward. “Bullsh*t, you’re pretty complicated to deal with actually. You’ve got to get smarter about all this. Take Eduardo, you want him to play by your rules, well he’s not, #1 because you’re chasing him and #2 he doesn’t know or care about your rules. Great, now I’m going to have to get a printed rulebook. What am I supposed to do?
But, Chris, you do know the rules to Eduardo’s game and you can play it just as well as he can. Just think first. And call me before you do anything stupid in the future. Ah I’m thinking already, lessons learned .. let the games begin. 🙂
