My Trip Out

Gay married man coming out story

Happy Birthday Toronto Chris!

TC is 25 years old today. Happy birthday Tiger Cub!

We've been to 12 countries in the last year, spending 60+ nights together in various hotels and lived in London and Germany. Along the way we took just under 3,000 photographs (2 came out really good). We ridden on trains, planes, automobiles and boats in our journey. We've bitched and bickered, laughed and cried, sometimes all in the same night.

Our relationship developed in gradients, establishing trust and a comfort with each other, one step at a time. We've had to learn to deal with our various personality attributes and general craziness that we each have. But we did and we have.

In the midst of all this, we found love for each other. Neither of us wanted to admit it at first, sounds so serious, a commitment, a bond. But the admission of our feelings unlocked a whole new level. We've had many obstacles and will likely encounter many more along the way. But we jump each one and move on, the next challenge just ahead. Our lives now move forward together.

With all that's gone on in my life, I don't know where I'd be right now without him, but awaken each day glad that he is. I hope that there will be many more.

So happy birthday TC, Love … Chris

  1. Happy Birthday TC

  2. Interesting pic.I take it that’s TC? Doesn’t look the way I imagined him. Love is great because everyone has their own tastes and what turns them on, and its unique and unexplainable for each of us. What turns one guy on, turns off another. For example, I’m only into masculine guys, but I know and accept that others are turned on by girly guys. What’s important is that we are able to find that special someone who simply does it for us, and simply be with that person, a world into our own, even if it seems odd, unexplainable, unimaginable for others. Great pic. Lots of insight to be drawn from it.

  3. Bless! A Lovely post! Happy Birthday TC! 🙂
