My Trip Out

Gay married man coming out story

Call me when you fixed it

You don’t have to have read my blog for terribly long to recognize I am no fan of the United States.  I anticipate the day, clutching my German passport, I leave and never return. Living in Washington, DC — I see daily the morons who run this government. The waste is beyond anything imaginable. Stupid as a stupid does. It’s not that America is a bad place, I’m just afraid it’s too big to be manageable, sorta of like a General Motors.

On a similar note, I’m also not a big flag waver for gay rights. I want to be. More importantly I should be more vocal (I’m vocal on everything else).  Here tonight comes Carl Paladino, who has managed to convince a group of New Yorkers he’s running for governor of one of the largest of the United states. He said today:

“I just think my children and your children would be much better off and much more successful getting married and raising a family,” he says. “And I don’t want them to get brainwashed into thinking homosexuality is an equally valid or successful option.”

Are you fucking kidding me? What sort of person is this? More importantly, who or rather what group of Americans put this moron forward for the ‘Governor of the State of New York’. My god, he must be a pure soul with these sort of comments, less we forgot that Paladino also has a ten-year-old daughter from an extramarital relationship with his former employee, Suzanne Brady. Cheating husband now gay basher.

I’m speechless.

  1. Speechless maybe, but you cannot actually be surprised to hear words like this come out of his mouth.

  2. Chris: You can always help quietly behind the scenes by donating time/money to gay charities that are fighting to end discrimination.

PS: As for politicians, they are typical hypocrites, especially those on the right espousing family values when they are the worse examples of humanity.
